The European Society of Banking and Financial Law of Greece organised a conference on Thursday, 10th of November 2011, on ‘The new strengthened measures of law 4021/2011 for monitoring and restructuring credit institutions’.  Dr. Kostis V. Botopoulos, President of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, and Dr. Dimitris G. Tsibanoulis, President of the Hellenic Financial Law Society, presented and discussed the new legal framework.
