Regional Seminar in Tirana co-organised by the Bank of Albania and Banque de France on 'Legal Aspects of Central Banking'

The Bank of Albania and the Banque de France organised a Regional Seminar in Tirana on April 5 and 6 2011 on the subject “Legal Aspects of Central Banking”. Dr. Tsibanoulis was invited to participate in the seminar as one of the two key note speakers. He presented the topics “Financial Stability and Financial Market Integrity in the EU” and “Can a bank legal advisor contribute to prevent or face crisis?”. Both presentations dealt with the issues of the financial crisis and the institutional reforms and suggestions discussed currently on a European level.
